Hello there! Welcome to the official store of Pastrie Art by Ev.  Started from the organic demand that grew from the social channels of Evelyn R. Cooke, we and now more excited and focused that ever to bring to you giftable bite-sized gluten-free confections to help you celebrate the sweet moments in life.  Our team uses pastry as a medium of art expression and the creativity and love pours into every bite you will experience.

Our Owner/Founder/Pastry Chef

Evelyn R. Cooke is a Pastry Artist and Chef based in West Point, Georgia. Born and raised in NYC, this Christian, black woman, entrepreneurand proud alumna of Howard University’s School of Business relocated to the south in 2021.  Evelyn is no stranger to hard work. After gaining great experience as a brand manager for a multi-national foods brand, in 2017 she took the leap of faith to explore the culinary side of the food industry through an intense Professional Pastry Arts program at the esteemed International Culinary Center in New York (same school Bobby Flay attended and where Jacques Torres is my program dean!)

Now, Evelyn finds joy in creating sweet innovations with pastry to share around the country.
