Shipping policy

SUMMER SHIPPING ADVISORY: Priority Mailing is highly recommended during the months of high heat and humidity. To ensure your products are delivered with the best quality possible, orders will only be delivered Monday-Thursday mornings. Orders placed AFTER 8am on Thursday’s will ship the following Monday.

Refrigeration upon receipt is advised.

Shipping Issues/Lost Packages

In the event that a package does not arrive as expected, please contact us at info@evelyncooke.com.  We will work to support in finding the package utilizing the provided order confirmation details and tracking information.  In the event that we determine the origin of the shipping issue was in our control, you may be eligible for a refund.  In the event that the issue originated in falsely provided information, refund will be at the discretion of the shop owner.
